The Domaine de Leos team was born from meetings and exchanges between Patrick Bruel, passionate owner, and many talents encountered during the implementation of the Leos project. This family, nourished by passion, sharing and friendship, is committed body and soul to the Leos project, and rejoices at each good news by trumpeting its optimistic motto: "The adventure continues!" ".

PATRICK
Owner and director
Passionate of Provence and the terroir products, as well as a wine connoisseur, Patrick has imagined and implemented the Leos project since buying of the property in 2007. In this role he was at the origin of the property’s complete restructuration and the creation of the different ranges of Domaine de Leos products. Well known for the quality of his tasting analyses, he personally tastes and validates every product sold by Domaine de Leos.

JOël
Manager and pilot of the Leos project
Former owner of the Domaine de Leos, Joël has used his experience as CEO and his implication around L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue to assist Patrick Bruel in the construction and implementation of the Leos Project. With his knowledge of wine, food processing industry and tourism, he accompanies on site, on behalf of the owner the progress of the Leos project and the management of the estate’s different activities.

CAROLE
Manager of the plantations and development of the estate (2011-2021)
Landscape architect, alumnus of the lycée Agricole d’Antibes and former owner of the Domaine de Leos, Carole renovated the Hospitaller Commandery and managed from 2011 to 2021 the cultures and planting that are the start of the actual vineyard and olive grove.

SOlène
Manager L’Olivier de Leos
An expert in the cosmetics industry for nearly 20 years, Solène has worked in major houses such as Dior or L'Occitane where she held the position of marketing director, in charge of product development for international markets. With this experience, and after leaving Paris for Aix-en-Provence, she piloted the Leos “  cosmetics  ” project from its inception, ensuring   the design, the development and marketing of products, under the L’Olivier de Leos brand.

MARIE
Estate manager and winemaker
After having assumed the functions of technical director, production manager, oenologist and cellar master within numerous renowned wineries in France (Bordeaux, Sancerre) and abroad (Russia, India, Chile, Spain), Marie joined the the Leos team at the end of 2021, to take over the management of the Domaine de Leos, and its cellar. She holds a National Diploma in Oenology (V. Ségalen Bordeaux 2 University) and a specialized master's degree in "wine estate manager" (ENITA Bordeaux).

PATRICK
Head farmer
Patrick, as head of cultivation of the Leos Domaine is at the heart of the plantation maintenance and production. As an experimented technician, he had a deep knowledge of this land where he works since his childhood. This man of the earth with a poetic soul in engaged in the Leos project since its start. He defends a responsible and natural agriculture and helping all the teams working on the estates development to profit from his precious experience.

AURélien
Sales manager
Aurélien joined the Domaine de Leos team as sales director at the start of 2023 after having assumed numerous commercial responsibilities in France and exports on behalf of French wine producers and traders. Polyglot (he speaks English, Spanish but also a little Chinese and Catalan), he was trained in management and the international trade of wines and spirits. But what characterizes him beyond his knowledge of the European, American and Chinese wine markets is his passion for gastronomy, the art of living, travel and judo which he practiced at a high level!

LILI
Community manager in charge of social media and of relations with the Friends of Leos club
Lili personifies the voice and the image of Leos on the social media since 2020. She has a Master of Philosophy and enlivens our community by lending her words to the different accounts on the web. She exchanges with our customers and with everyone who is interested in the Leos adventure to give to sharing a real meaning. Also, as a photographer she participates in making our products alive.

Project manager / Product developer L’Olivier de Leos
Having a double expertise in marketing and communication and having worked for well-known companies such as Guerlain and Interparfums, Aurelie takes part in the Leos adventure since 2021 by developing the brands new cosmetic products et managing the coordination with our local partners.

MARY
Orders preparation and dispatch
While preparing, programming, and sending the orders, Mary also supervises with a smile the logistics of the estate’s products. Thus, she makes sure that our products travel in good conditions and arrive in the expected time at our customers.

NATHALIE
Management and administration
Nathalie is since the start of the Leos project manging the administrative part of Leos activities as well as managing the administrative part of the sales.

ANThONY
Assistant to the head farmer
Anthony arrived in 2020, and with talent assists our head of cultivation, with planting and managing and harvesting the estate. His youth, enthusiasm and zest for life correspond exactly to Leos’s identity.

DYLAN
Multi-skilled operative
Dylan joined us for the 2022 harvest and has since become an integral part of the team. With 7 years' experience working in the vineyards, he is now discovering other agriculture activities such as olives trees, market gardening and beekeeping with great enthusiasm and passion. At the same time, he is learning about organic, eco-responsible and biodynamic farming practices.

THOMAS
Designer / A.D
Designer and artistic director for over 25 years. Thomas est en charge de la création de l'identité graphique des produits de l'univers de Leos. He creates the logos, packaging, branding and communication of the products as well as the websites for the Domaine de Leos and L'Olivier de Leos brands.

Reputed experts and some very great chefs accompany and follow the teams of Domaine de Leos.

STEPHANE DERENONCOURT & JULIEN LAVENU
Stéphane is founder and partner of Derenoncourt Consultants. Wine grower and a referent pioneer for organic wine and biodynamics, he personifies with Julien Lavenu, associated wine maker of the company, a new generation of wine consultants.
Philippe Faure-Brac
Elected world’s best sommelier in 1992 in Rio, Philippe is the owner of the Bistrot du Sommelier in Paris and wine grower associated to the Domaine Duseigneur in biodynamics (Châteauneuf du Pape).
Pauline Lagarde
Agricultural engineer and manager of the Derenencourt Environment pole, Pauline is referent in France in organic cultures and biodynamics.
Christine Cheylan
Olive oil expert, Christine Cheylan is the most titled olive grower in France, and olive oil ambassador through her conferences in France, international contests that she presides and the sensory analysis seminars that she presents. She supports Domaine de Leos teams in the selection of H de Leos olive oils.
