Any order placed on our site www.domainedeleos.com entails express and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale which constitute an essential element of the contract and our agreement of will, to you as buyer and to us as seller.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. To consume with moderation.
Ordinance No. 59-107 of January 7, 1959 and Law No. 74-631 of July 5, 1974 prohibit the sale and offering of alcoholic beverages to minors and similar persons. Therefore, by completing your Order Form, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.

1 – PAYMENT

To pay for your order:
Bank cards such as “Visa, Carte Bleue, MasterCard and American Express” will be automatically debited after validation of the order. Your order is processed immediately

Security:
By validating the order form, you guarantee that you have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method you have chosen. We assure you that credit card details are encrypted, and never pass unencrypted over the network.
Total payment: the principle
Payment is due in full upon ordering. The amounts collected cannot be considered as a deposit. An order will be considered closed when all of the products have been shipped and you have paid in full the payment for the products and your contribution to the shipping costs.
An incomplete payment: what are the effects?
We will have the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order in cases where you have not paid in full or in part for a previous order, or in cases where a payment dispute remains. We retain full ownership of the products on sale until full payment of all amounts due for your order (including fees and taxes). However, upon receipt of the goods, the burden of risk is transferred to you. You must therefore ensure the proper conservation of these goods.

2 – DELIVERY

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are in addition to the sale price of the items.
– Modes of transportation
The products will be delivered to you at the address you indicate on the order form. Depending on the weight and/or volume of the different products ordered, SAS LEOS chooses for you the most suitable carrier for your merchandise.
– Delivery times
The applicable delivery times are those indicated when validating your order. Typically, orders are shipped within 2-7 business days. In the event of a delivery delay by carriers, we invite you to report this delay by contacting us at contact@domainedeleos.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier concerned in order to obtain the location of the package. If the goods are found, they will be redirected to your home as quickly as possible. Otherwise and after obtaining the report of loss declared by the carrier, we will reship this product(s) or, in the event of definitive unavailability, we will reimburse you the amounts collected according to the terms of these general conditions of sale .
– Free delivery
For any order greater than or equal to 80 euros including tax, transport costs are free for delivery in mainland France and Europe at Relay Points.

– Delivery address / contact

Please take care to write down a telephone number, preferably a cell phone, and to specify the area code if the country is different from France. Your e-mail address is also required to provide you with information regarding your order.

You have the option of having it delivered to your home, in this case please make sure to indicate your address correctly, and to provide comments if necessary to facilitate the driver’s work.

If you select a relay point, the package will be delivered to you there and you will receive a message by telephone or email notifying you of its arrival at the relay point. Please take into account the deadlines indicated by our carrier for the collection of packages, if this deadline is not respected, the package will be returned to us. The additional cost of a new shipment will then be borne by the customer.
Please note that in the event that a collection point has reached its maximum storage capacity, the package may be returned to another collection point. This may happen during periods of major sales activities, such as special holidays, Christmas, sales or other… We cannot anticipate this change and cannot be held responsible for it. The customer will be informed of the change of relay point by telephone or e-mail.

3 – THE RECEPTION

– The person who receives the package: what precautions should they take?
Please note, if you entrust the receipt of the product to a third party (concierge in your building, receptionist at the workplace, etc.) they will receive the package in your name and on your behalf. You must therefore ask him to be vigilant in following the usual precautions and remind him to take the same care with the thing received as if he were the personal recipient.
– Initial verification: what precautions should be taken?
We invite you to check (or have it checked by the receiving agent) the apparent condition of the products upon delivery; it is advisable to open the package in front of the carrier or at the time of delivery to the relay point to immediately note the anomalies. Once the package has been accepted, it will no longer be possible to make a claim against the carrier. In the presence of an apparent anomaly (damage, product missing from the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) we invite you to report it in writing immediately to the carrier. In the event of the slightest problem upon receipt, it is essential that you keep the items in the condition in which they were delivered to you (accessories, instructions, packaging(s) and excess packaging(s) included). If the products need to be returned, you will submit a return request by simple mail addressed to SAS LEOS – 66 avenue des Champs-Elysées 75008 Paris, or by email to contact@domainedeleos.com. This request will be accompanied, where applicable, by a copy of the letter addressed to the carrier or the “report of theft” or the “statement of anomaly” obtained from the carrier. Photos of damaged products, as well as packaging, may be requested from you for analysis of the incident.
– You spot an anomaly or theft: how to react?
If the package arrives open and/or damaged you can either accept it or refuse it. If you or your agent decides to accept the goods, you must be careful to: – enter “handwritten reservations” by having the postman sign next to them and – to complete at the same time a “statement of anomaly”. This form must be sent to us so that we can open an investigation and initiate a compensation procedure, if necessary. If you or your agent prefer to refuse the goods, in addition to the “handwritten reservations” to be issued, you will have to ask the carrier that the package be returned to us, accompanied by a “report of theft” (report 170). As a precaution, we advise you to keep a duplicate of this form.
– Products delivered that do not conform to the order, what should I do?
In the event of a non-compliant product, we invite you to submit your complaints to our customer service at contact@domainedeleos.com. You will be asked to precisely describe the reasons justifying the non-compliance.
– Recipient error: what to do?
In the event that you receive a delivery that is not intended for you, we ask you to keep the package as is and to immediately inform our customer service at contact@domainedeleos.com

4 – RETURNS

Any product return must be requested by email to customer service: contact@domainedeleos.com
SAS LEOS does not accept any returns of goods without prior agreement.
If agreed, the goods will be taken back with a reduction of at least 25% of the invoice value.

5 – PRICES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

The prices displayed are inclusive of VAT (All Taxes Included). Prices are subject to change at any time, depending on the pricing policy of manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors. They cannot, under any circumstances, be the subject of a request for application in store (and vice versa). The photographs, texts, graphics and technical data sheets are for the most part taken from documentation developed by the manufacturers or constructors, reproduced under their control and with their agreement. The characteristics of the products offered for sale and the photographs are non-contractual. The liability of the company SAS LEOS cannot be engaged if errors are introduced. SAS LEOS reserves the right to modify without notice.

6 – AVAILABILITY

Our products are delivered on average within 2 to 7 working days (subject to stock availability).
Validation of order statuses
When your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation by email indicating the status of “New Order”. Once edited by our services, the status of your order is then modified to “In preparation”. We deliver to you on average within 2 to 7 working days.

7 – CONSERVATION

Our products must be kept in normal storage conditions (rooms with suitable temperature and humidity). The seller cannot therefore be held responsible for the poor development of the products due to unsuitable storage conditions.

8 – WITHDRAWAL

The duration of the right of withdrawal: when?
We grant you a withdrawal period of 14 days to return, at your expense, products that do not suit you. This period runs from the day after receipt of the product. Once this period has expired, you no longer have this right of withdrawal. Exercising the right of withdrawal: how? In order to ensure the proper management of returns, we invite you to report your return to our customer service in advance and to follow the instructions in article 4 – returns. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, you can request either a refund of the sums collected, or an exchange of an amount equivalent to the sums paid or, where applicable, with a bank supplement. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. However, the costs of perfect return remain your responsibility. You must ensure that the order for which you are withdrawing is returned complete, under the conditions mentioned in article 4 – returns.

9 – TAXES

For any purchase destined for France and countries of the European community, your order will be subject to VAT, prices will therefore be indicated in Euros VAT included. Any order placed on the site and delivered outside France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These possible customs duties and taxes linked to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are their responsibility. SAS LEOS is not required to check and inform the customer of applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out about them, the customer will contact the competent authorities in his country.

10 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

The prices of products sold on the site are indicated in Euros and are given subject to obvious typographical errors. If an error should occur SAS LEOS will contact the Customer to warn them of the error made by its services and remind them that the order will be invoiced under the corrected conditions. However, in the event of refusal of the corrected conditions, the customer will be free to cancel the corrected order without penalty.

11 – CONFIDENTIALITY

You may provide us with personal information by subscribing to our newsletter, or by filling out forms for online purchases. The information you send to us is for the exclusive use of the company SAS LEOS.
