OIL H FROM DOMAINE DE LEOS
Fruity Green
An intense flavour with a great aromatic power and a beautiful length in the mouth. The Huile H du Domaine de Leos is characterized by the unique vegetal freshness of its green fruity, subtly spicy supported by a slight bitterness and a controlled intensity.
LEOS H SELECTION
Fruity Ripe
A subtle taste with intense flavour and beautiful length in the “throat”. This olive oil is characterized by its light green colour with yellow tones and an “Original” taste of fruity ripe with flavours of almonds, red fruit, ripe apples and flowers.
LEOS H SELECTION
Fruity Green
Fresh and intense taste benefiting from great aromatic power with a nice length in the mouth. H de Leos Sélection fruité vert is characterized by its color (pale green color with yellow reflections) and its aromatic complexity with predominantly vegetal aromas of artichoke and hazelnut, typical of an original green fruity.

H GREEN FRUIT OILS

Olive oils H du Domaine de Leos and Sélection H de Leos green fruity (PDO Provence)
The intense and herbaceous taste of these oils enhances hot and cold dishes, fish, grilled meats, vegetables and salads. You can happily put it directly on cheese, or on a piece of bread, sprinkled with fleur de sel. They surprisingly increase the taste pleasure tenfold. If your heart is fruity green, go there with your eyes closed!

Watermelon and Feta cheese salad
Splendor of color and freshness, watermelon finds in H de Leos Sélection fruité vert AOP Provence olive oil a surprising ally of its discreet flavor.

Add a small fillet just before eating or a Greek salad to make it the guest. In a simple gesture, his character is revealed!
Tian Legumes
Tian de Légumes (summer vegetables in the oven) – Inspiration from Provence
Ingredients :
5 tomatoes
2 zucchini
3 potatoes
1 eggplant
A few sprigs of fresh thyme (or a generous tablespoon of wild thyme confit from Domaine de Leos)
Flower of salt
Freshly ground pepper
2 cloves garlic
5 cl of a green fruity Leos H oil

Preheat your oven to 170°C, rub a gratin dish with a little garlic, then brush it with olive oil and a little salt.
Cut your vegetables into slices and arrange them vertically in your dish, alternating colors and flavors.
Add the minced garlic and olive oil, then salt, pepper and sprinkle with thyme.
Bake for around 50 minutes, making sure that the vegetables are not dry, but candied.
Remove from the oven, add a dash of “finishing” olive oil and a few turns of the pepper mill.
Depending on your desires, you can add an onion, rosemary, fresh basil..
Enjoy your food !
Saltimbocca inspiration
A few veal escalopes, as many thin slices of chorizo, sage leaves, a sprig of thyme, or a nice spoonful of Wild Thyme Confit from Domaine de Leos.
Drizzle with a nice drizzle of Huile H from Domaine Leos and a little fleur de sel.
Bake at 180° for 22 minutes. To finish, a final touch of Huile H, whose aromatic contribution of green, raw fruitiness enhances white meats in an astonishing way.
Spin the pepper mill and you're done! Roasted vegetables, fresh tagliatelle or a nice arugula will accompany this dish very well!

Winter pleasures
When it is time for soups and plaids, a velvety Huile H on a home-made creamy soup (“velouté”) is as comforting as a crackling fireplace. The taste of your ingredients is enhanced by a concentrate of Provence. The green fruity is interesting in this context because of it’s peppery feature. It warms up body and heart.

H RIPE FRUITY OIL

(Oil H Ripe Fruity Selection)
Divine on hot, cold, savory or sweet dishes. A drizzle on winter fruits for example, with a touch of honey. On pies, cakes, or on all types of savory dishes at the end of cooking, it's the magic touch that seduces novice and most demanding palates!
Like all H de Leos oils, H de Leos Ripe Fruity Selection oil is delicious on a hot, cold, savory or sweet dish, and enhances all your cooked dishes at the end of cooking.

In particular, it offers divine taste experiences by inviting itself into sweet dishes.
A wonderful final touch on a chocolate fondant, stunning in a fresh fruit salad, it’s a surprising and tasty touch of character for multiple desserts or pastry recipes!
Poires Gourmandes
Gourmet Pears
Idea for gourmets: choose some beautiful pears at the market, to roast them in H oil and cinnamon. It’s as divine as it is childish!

Preheat your oven to 220°C.
Cut your pears in half, and place them in a dish, cut side up.
Brush them with H Sélection fruity ripe oil.
Sprinkle them with brown sugar and cinnamon, then bake for 20 minutes. And enjoy warm.

A no-fuss delight, full of flavor and comforting.
And with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (for example)… it’s a real treat!
Vitamin salad
Want an original and beneficial treat?
Take advantage of seasonal oranges, divine winter freshness, to prepare a tasty salad.

Cut some nice fresh oranges into thin slices.
Drizzle with a drizzle of H de Leos Sélection fruity ripe oil.
Sprinkle with a hint of fleur de sel, a grind of pepper, and cinnamon (for those who like it of course).
If you wish, to boost this sweet/salty marriage, add some crushed black olives!
Salade Vitaminee
Cake Orange
The wonderful orange cake from Andrée Zana-Mura
Ingredients :
2 medium oranges, or 3 small untreated (delicious with blood oranges)
250g of flour
180g cane sugar
3 eggs
15 cl of good olive oil: here we use Sélection H oil from ripe fruity Leos
1 pinch of salt
1 sachet of baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla sugar (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Grate the zest of the oranges and squeeze their juice into a salad bowl
In another salad bowl, mix the eggs and sugar (reserve 2 tablespoons). Add the orange juice and zest, then mix.
Incorporate the flour, yeast and vanilla sugar, and mix again.
Finish with olive oil and salt.
Oil a cake mold, dust it with the reserved sugar, and pour in the mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Treat yourself !
Surprising strawberries
“   A few gariguette strawberries from spring, a spin of the Sarawak pepper mill, a little ripe fruity original, a few slivers of candied black olives, you're left with it baba.   ” These are the words from Gilles Goujon, three-star chef.

For a snack, or for dessert, market strawberries with ripe fruity H de Leos Selection, and a touch of freshly ground pepper. A subtle happiness that even the little ones appreciate!
