C DE LEOS WILD THYME CONFIT (natural jelly / 323 gr jar)
Handmade and cooked in a cauldron, this confit presents itself as a real natural thyme “jelly”. Trusted by many chefs who use it as a culinary aid and as a natural accompaniment to goat's or sheep's cheese, it is distinguished by its unique taste and the singular aromatic power of wild thyme harvested in full bloom and by hand. on the Domaine de Leos plateau.
M DE LEOS FLOWER HONEY (creamy / 250 gr)
M de Leos creamy flower honey comes from hives located on the estate in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and in our region on uncultivated land or cultivated without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. It is a delicate honey with a subtle taste, a sweet blend of various flowers from our honey meadows combined with aromas of lavender typical of the region. This exceptional, distinctive and fruity honey, with a beautiful length on the palate, carries the spirit of excellence, authenticity and character of Domaine de Leos products.
2 SELECTION H DE LEOS OILS green fruity (100 ml) and ripe fruity (100 ml)
Multi-medal winning (58 medals, prizes or international recognition including 25 gold medals since their launch in 2017) and acclaimed by the greatest French chefs, H de Leos oils are a reference in exceptional French oils. Mainly composed of Aglandau and Salonenque, H de Leos oils have a strong aromatic intensity with a very nice length in the mouth.
Leos fruity green Selection H oil is characterized by an intense fruity flavor and fresh, herbaceous aromas with notes of freshly cut herbs and artichoke.
Leos fruity ripe Selection H oil is characterized by a “light green” color with yellow reflections and by its aromatic complexity with a dominant aroma of almonds, red fruits, ripe apples and flowers typical of a pure ripe fruitiness.

“Oil H from Domaine Leos is a very nice discovery. A real aromatic and gastronomic journey in the heart of the Luberon. An intense nectar on the palate, a pungent and light fragrance at the same time... Its green, subtle and spicy fruitiness reveals a concentrate of flavors between floral and herbaceous notes. For a perfect pairing, a dash of olive oil on an asparagus! Tasting was a real pleasure: beautiful packaging, lively smell of tomato stalks, robe of a refreshing tender green, very nice vegetal attack on the palate, suave bitterness, sustained aromatic persistence with a spicy note on the finish.
