Made exclusively from olive trees on the Domaine de Leos in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue which possesses a natural biotope that has remained a protected environment free of any fertilizers and pesticides in the last 60 years. The “crushing” and bottling are carried out at the Moulin de Castelas

Alain Dutournier
Chef of the restaurant Carré des Feuillants (1 Michelin star) and owner of the Dutournier group which includes the restaurants Au Trou Normand and the BBM as well as the Marly cellars. Alain Dutournier was first elected "Chef of the Year" in 1996. He is the author of "Ma cuisine des Landes au Carré des Feuillants" (Editions Albin Michel), a book that won the 2000 La Mazille International Prize.
